Vanguard’s leadership development programs give participants the tools, strategies, and connections to thrive. They also expose participants to pivotal initiatives serving the broader enterprise.
We equip leaders from the boardroom to the shop floor with a methodology that teaches them how to create and deliver an effective leadership message that moves people to action. This enables leaders to be more authentic, drop habits that may hinder engagement, and make changes in the way they communicate with others.
This unique, cross-sector accelerator programme develops leaders’ will and skills to harness the power of big business for people and planet-positive industrial system change. Through a series of immersive learning and action experiences, participants learn how to take on complex challenges with an emphasis on developing practical solutions that are feasible within their own organisations. Participants work both independently and in tandem with other participants from the six partner organisations. They also have access to a virtual community called Reef for collaboration and support.

Vanguard knew that industry conferences and tradeshows were one of their best ways to meet new prospects, but they needed more effective tools to nurture those connections once the event was over. We helped them set up sequences before events that included meeting links, allowing prospects to schedule meetings with Vanguard reps directly from the email. His career at Vanguard has been defined by a desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of people and he has been instrumental in bringing low-cost investing opportunities to Main Street.
As the technical lead, you’ll be a leader on a cross-functional, co-located team that is empowered to deliver solutions that fulfill client needs and drive business outcomes within the context of each journey. The team seeks curious, collaborative engineers with a broad mix of experience and expertise in the latest technologies.
Technical Lead
Provides expert level IT technical lead services and direction for critical software, middleware or hardware projects on multiple platforms. Completes development, implementation, architecture design specification, and maintenance activities. Ensures the viability of IT deliverables. Responds to and resolves complex technical problems discovered by testers or internal clients.
A Vanguard client, he leads a team focused on the modernization of the Participant Experience site and its supporting infrastructure. This transformation includes new Advice offers, a more robust Financial Wellness experience and enhanced market capabilities.
Alongside product owners and team leads, tech leads are a key group responsible for the overall quality of production work. They engineer and guide, but don’t get their hands dirty with coding as much as a developer does. To be a successful technical lead, you’ll need to have both hard and soft skills.
